Candidate FAQ
Yes. When a company emails you through the site, just press reply and your answer goes straight to them.
Change it in the Job alerts box on your dashboard, reply STOP to any WhatsApp alert, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any alert email.
Yes. Photos of your Lantra card and tickets are stored privately. Only you, our team, and companies you have applied to can open them. They are deleted if you delete your account.
A confirmed email, your mobile number and at least one ticket on your profile (or New to Traffic Management). If your tickets aren’t on your profile yet, the apply box asks for them first. You don’t need a CV.
Every job has a Report this job link at the bottom. Use it if a job looks fake, misleading or asks you for money, and we’ll look at it straight away.
Only companies you apply to, and our team. Your profile is not public, not on Google, and companies cannot search for you. We never sell your details.
Type your town or postcode in the search and choose how far you’ll travel (10, 25, 50 or 100 miles). Jobs are shown nearest first, with how far away each one is.
Tap the heart on any job. Saved jobs are kept under Favourite jobs in your dashboard. If you’re not registered yet, we’ll keep the job for you while you sign up.
No. Your profile is your application: your tickets, phone number and experience are sent to the company when you apply. Adding a CV or a short note is optional.
Tap Login, then Forgot Password. You can reset it by email, or tap Get a code on WhatsApp instead: type your mobile number or email and we’ll send a 6-digit code to the WhatsApp on your account. Enter the code and a new password and you’re logged straight in. Still stuck? Contact us and we’ll help.
Employer FAQ
We strongly recommend it. Jobs with a logo get more clicks and operatives trust them more. Upload it from your dashboard. Until you do, your company shows its initials.
Your account email, unless you choose otherwise. In Company Profile, under Where should applications go?, you can add up to 5 email addresses, for example your recruitment inbox and a manager. When you post a job you can also tick This job needs to go to a different email, for example a depot manager. Replying to an application email goes straight to the operative.
If your company is new, your jobs wait until we’ve approved your company, usually within one working day. You can still see them yourself, marked Waiting for approval. As soon as we approve you, they go live and matching operatives are alerted.
Yes. Jobs that show the pay get far more applicants, and the pay shows in Google’s job search too. A range (for example ÂŁ15 to ÂŁ17 an hour) is fine.
We list jobs that companies advertise publicly on their own websites, free of charge, so operatives can find them. Applications go to you. Contact us at hello@trafficmanagementjobs.co.uk and we’ll send you a private link to edit, add pay to, or remove them.
No. To protect operatives and stop poaching, companies only see people who apply to their jobs. Post your jobs and operatives with the right tickets nearby are alerted straight away.
60 days. You can renew, edit, add the pay or close a job at any time from your dashboard or the private link we email you.
Operatives told us they want to see one job, where it is, the tickets needed and the pay, not one post covering five roles in five places. Single listings also show up properly on Google and in alerts. Our posting tool splits multi-role adverts for you.
Yes. On the Post jobs page, upload the picture or poster you put on Facebook (or a screenshot). Our AI reads it and creates one listing per role and location, with the pay, tickets and shifts filled in. Check each one, change anything you need, and tap Post all. Facebook links can’t be opened without a login, so use a screenshot for Facebook posts.
Operatives get a green Full profile tick when they’ve filled in everything: email confirmed, mobile number, tickets, Lantra card details, town or postcode, right to work, drug and alcohol test, and photos of their cards. It shows companies who has taken the time to complete their profile. It is based on what the operative has told us: companies should still carry out their own checks, such as right to work and card checks.
