MAC Traffic Solutions are recruiting a Second Traffic Management Operative to assist a Lead Operative on holiday cover at a static site in Didcot.
Ideal for a reliable operative looking for short-term, consistent local work with no working away.
The Role
- Assist the Lead Operative with setting up, maintaining, and removing static traffic management
- Install signs, cones, barriers, and safety equipment
- Support safe lane closures and site access
- Monitor site safety and ensure full compliance
- Communicate clearly with the Lead Op and supervisors
- Help ensure safe and compliant site shutdowns
What We Need
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Flexible for days, nights, and weekends
- Able to travel to Didcot site reliably
- Immediate availability
