Established in 2013, Tempfix Solutions Limited is an independent, family-run recruitment agency specializing in the supply of permanent and temporary staff for the Traffic Management and Construction sectors. Based near Stafford and operating nationwide, we have grown into a trusted partner for many of the UK’s leading contractors, including members of the Traffic Management Contractors Association (TMCA). With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the industry, our leadership understands that the success of a highways project relies entirely on the quality and reliability of the people on the ground.

What We Do

Tempfix specializes in sourcing and placing high-quality labour across the UK, including areas like Birmingham, Nottingham, Derby, Warrington, and Peterborough. Our services include:

• Qualified Labour Supply: Providing operatives trained to TTMBC standards as a minimum.
• Specialist Equipment: Supplying utility vehicles up to Chapter 8 specification.
• Health & Safety Support: Arranging Safety Critical Health Assessments and conducting on-site testing.
• Flexible Staffing: Managing everything from a single operative to entire teams for long-term highways projects.

Typical Job Opportunities Include:

• 12D Operatives & Drivers: Roles covering urban and low-speed roadworks (M1, M2, M5, M6).
• High-Speed Operatives: Specialized roles for the 12AB network, including IPV Operatives and Foremen.
• Trainee Positions: For those with the ambition to enter the industry; we provide the pathway to gain TTMBC and further LANTRA qualifications.
• Long-Term Framework Roles: We often have ongoing placements in specific regions (such as Area 9) with shifts covering days, nights, and weekends.
