Kier operates through four specialist business divisions, supported by a central Group Functions team:

• Transportation: Designing, building, and maintaining the UK’s highways, rail, aviation, and ports infrastructure.
• Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks: Providing essential services for the water, energy, and telecommunications sectors, as well as protecting our natural environment.
• Construction: A leading national contractor delivering public and private sector projects in education, healthcare, defence, and justice.
• Property: Investing in and developing sites for urban regeneration, sustainable offices, and last-mile logistics.
