Established in 2016 and based in Middlewich, Cheshire, Dutton Traffic Management Services Ltd (DTMS) is a specialist provider of comprehensive temporary traffic management solutions. We provide nationwide coverage, 365 days a year, serving a wide array of clients from local authorities to major utility and construction firms. As an NHSS-accredited contractor (12A, B, and D), we are equipped to handle everything from rural street works to complex high-speed motorway networks with a focus on efficiency and complete project delivery.

Dutton TMS offers a “one-stop-shop” for technical and operational traffic management:

• High-Speed & Low-Speed TM: Full 12A/B and 12D capabilities including lane closures, road narrows, and stop-and-go teams.

• Administrative & Planning: Scaled CAD traffic management plans, site surveys, and a 48-hour job pack turnaround.

• Council Liaison: Managing Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TTROs), bus stop suspensions, and traffic signal switch-offs.

• Event Management: Tailored traffic signals, clear signage, and coordination with Police and Highways for events of all sizes.

• Specialist Equipment: 24-hour call-out, IPV (Impact Protection Vehicle) hire, VMS (Variable Message Signs), and custom sign manufacture.
